About the talk:
Tobias Leenaert will examine a particular and very pragmatic strategy to veganise the world. He will examine how the world could become vegan without expecting people to go vegan right away and without having to talk exclusively about animal rights. The aim of this talk is to help you think anew about strategy and to help you pick the best ideas and strategies for the current phase of the vegan movement.
About Tobias Leenaert:
Tobias Leenaert is the author of How to Create a Vegan World: a Pragmatic Approach and blogs at www.veganstrategist.org. He is a long-time speaker and strategist, giving talks and trainings all over the world. He is also co-founder of ProVeg International, a food awareness organisation working with international decision-making bodies, governments, food producers, investors, the media, and the general public to transform the global food system. And he is the founder of the Belgian vegan organization EVA, the only one in the world to receive structural government funding. Tobias is keen on thinking out of the box, building bridges between different groups, and practicing what he calls “slow opinion”.
Tid og sted:
Foredraget finder sted mandag den 4 ppril at 18:00-19:30 på “Station” (in the room The Arena) på Howitzvej 30, 2000 Frederiksberg. Foredraget varer ca. 60 minutter efterfulgt af en Q&A session på ca. 30 minuter.
Efter foredraget er der mulighed for at netværke og der vil blive serveret veganske sandwichs, te og kaffe.
